I worked with the team that redesigned the Mariners abandoned cart email around a single creative bet: lead with motion. A gif pulled directly from their new kit launch video replaced the static header, giving fans something worth stopping for before the nudge to complete their purchase.
Same send. Same audience. The numbers moved.
