Buying a car is one of the biggest purchases a person makes. The follow-up email should feel like it knows that.

I built an automated post-purchase onboarding email that pulled in a real photo of the new owner with their vehicle — not a stock image, not a placeholder. Their car, their face, their name. The kind of personalisation that makes someone screenshot the email instead of delete it.

The results reflected it. 92% open rate. 31% click rate. And by automating what had previously been a manual, 10-minute-per-send process, the system saved the team over 30 hours a month.
